Applicants are required to meet all the following:
• Minimum 2-year experience as a Sous Chef or comparable position
• In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
• Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
• A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Proficient in general computer knowledge
• Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
• Proven track record of punctual and reliable attendance
• Must have and maintain clear background records
Job information:
• Responsible for building and maintaining retailer relationships within a designated market.
• Conduct food demonstrations following a specific recipe in a virtual kitchen for grocery consumers.
• Responsible for stocking meal items and recipe cards as customers will take part in a one-stop shop cooking experience.
• Interface with retail consumers delivering program performance based on the brand standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
